Did you know that you can make aspic from fish? I mean, it's gross enough from beef or chicken. But yeah. Fish aspic. Gross. I sauteed up some tilapia to go in a salad for lunch today and opened it to find a solidified mass of...yeah, meat jelly. Delish.

My team's first volleyball game is tonight. Wish us luck! It's 85 and really humid. Gross.
